What does it cost to own a SelfieCircle?

During the campaign, the machine costs from £2,879 excl. VAT, depending on the stand you choose. On top of that comes a software licence from £18 a month. For the first 3 months, the Pro licence is included in the price.

Why is there a monthly licence?

The licence covers everything that makes the machine work: servers, regular updates, the SMS system, photo storage and SelfieCircle Manager. You can switch licence whenever it suits you, and pause it for £12 a month when the machine isn't in use.

How quickly can I get the machine?

Normal delivery time is 3–5 working days from your order. If you need it sooner, we'll find a solution.

How do I get started?

Once you've ordered, we hold a personal 30–40 minute online meeting where we go through the machine and the system with you. After that, you can create an event in under 30 seconds, and the machine sets itself up automatically.

Does the machine need internet?

The machine runs on Wi-Fi or on built-in 4G with a SIM card. We can supply an EU SIM card with 100 GB of data per month for £17 a month, so it's online anywhere.

How do guests get their photos?

Guests enter their number and get the photo straight to their phone by SMS — without downloading an app. All photos are also collected in an album that is shared automatically with the host. SMS is billed on actual usage: Pro includes 200 SMS a month, Lite none. Beyond that, each SMS costs £0.03 excl. VAT.

Can our logo or a frame go on the photos?

Yes. You design frames online, and the machine automatically adds them to every photo from the event they belong to.

Is lead collection GDPR-compliant?

Yes. In business mode, guests give active consent before you may contact them with marketing. Data is encrypted, and you can export leads and survey answers as CSV. Lead collection and surveys are included in the Pro licence.

What about warranty and repairs?

You get a 3-year warranty. We have our own workshop and spare parts in Ringsted, Denmark, so faults are fixed quickly — and at low prices once the warranty has expired.

What support do I get?

Phone support is free Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 Danish time. Outside opening hours, you can call us 24/7 for £5 per call.

You pay by invoice: 50% when the order is confirmed and 50% on delivery. The licence is invoiced monthly.

Do you deliver outside Denmark?

Yes, we deliver to all the Nordic countries and the rest of Europe. Contact us about shipping.

Guests are transformed with AI, e.g. into fighter pilots.

The guest takes a perfectly ordinary photo, and AI redraws it in the theme you have chosen for the party: e.g. fighter pilots, superheroes, an oil painting or a comic strip. With the example images you can also dress guests in specific clothes, e.g. your company shirt, a national team kit or a uniform. Shortly after, the finished AI photo appears on the screen and can be sent by SMS.
